MF HPV Q14 is a real time PCR genotyping and screening kit for high risk HPV types. The kit provides genotyping for HPV types 16 and 18, and provides screening for HPV Types 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66 and 68, which are commonly associated with cervical cancer, oropharyngeal cancers and genital cancers. The kit incorporates uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG) to minimize carry over contamination and false positives. The MF HPV Q14 kit provides results in just under 4 hours for same day turnaround times and works with the following two specimen types: swab specimen or liquid based cytology specimen.
